I am currently going through depression. I guess all those shoes to fill were just too much. I am therefore rediscovering who I am and who I can be. I will be sharing my experience of depression with all of you, both the obstacles and the successes I will encounter. I welcome any comments, suggestions, even criticism from anyone.

If you are going through depression as well, share. I have found that sharing my experiences always helps find solutions and see a light at the end of the tunnel. Only this light is usually a nice shiny sun, not an oncoming train… although sometimes the sun is difficult to see and clouds often hide it.
